Eva M. Roberson,
President, CEO
Eva’s Closet S.U.C.C.E.S.S. , Inc. was created in 1997 by CEO/President Eva M. Roberson
after she discovered a need in the community for low-income women, men and youth, some leaving welfare or prison, to obtain
clothing for job interviews.
After viewing a news segment about the Bottomless Closet in Chicago and hearing how much confidence
a client had gained from obtaining new clothing, the idea for Eva’s Closet S.U.C.C.E.S.S, Inc. was born.
A member of The National Women’s Alliance since 1999, Eva’s Closet S.U.C.C.E.S.S.,
Inc. partners with other organizations around the country to enable clients to improve their quality of life. The programs we offer are designed not only to address the outward appearance but to educate the mind. Subjects include, but are not limited to resume development, effective communication
skills, self-esteem, health and hygiene and job retention. The goal is to produce employees who are self-motivated, self-confident
and self-sufficient.
